About us
We are a small fellowship with a big heart for God, seeking
continuing guidance through the Holy Spirit. Set in a steep-sided
valley which stretches down to the coast, and surrounded by the
Exmoor National Park. This is glorious North Devon.

Services
We offer thought provoking and a
flexible style of worship acknowledging Christ as Saviour with
scripture at the centre. Our services are as follows:

Sunday worship begins at 10.30am followed
by light refreshments and fellowship.

Evening services are
ecumenical taking place in one of the nominated churches in the
village at 6.30pm.

Midweek prayers and coffee
mornings are Thursday at 10am.
-
Monthly
lunches for the community are arranged on the first Wednesday
and second Saturday in the month.
-
We meet for bible study on first
and third Thursday evenings in various homes.

What is our vision?
To develop
an atmosphere of Christian excellence that will encourage the
community to take God seriously.
How can we accomplish the vision?
Firstly, by becoming more confident through the Word of God.
Secondly, to understand each individual’s value within the life of
the fellowship and, thirdly, by presenting the church building in
ways which are both attractive and appealing.
Finally, Combe Martin Baptist Church
is a member of both the Baptist Union of Great Britain and the South
West Baptist Association.
